The conversation also touched on Gordon\u2019s 2015 memoir <em>Girl in a Band<\/em>, which included less-than-flattering takes on both Love and Corgan &#8211; proving this particular alt-rock cold war has been simmering for decades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Of course, it\u2019s worth noting this is one side of a very long, very messy story &#8211; but it\u2019s a fascinating new wrinkle in the mythology surrounding one of Nirvana\u2019s most dissected songs.
